We moved into our one-bedroom in Brooklyn four years ago, and it's changed a fair amount since then. We've kept a lot of the core pieces and swapped out others slowly, which has let the space stay minimal while still feeling like it's developed. Curious if you can spot the differences.
The biggest change was the sofa. We bought Mario Bellini's Camaleonda from B&B Italia, a real investment piece for us, and I ended up talking about it in Vogue not long after.
The rugs made a bigger difference than I expected: the Sial Rug from DWR in the living room, and Modern from Nordic Knots in the bedroom, both neutral enough to build the rest of the room around.
The dining table and upholstered chairs from MENU changed the dining space the most, the fabric on the chairs against the dark stained oak and stone gives it real texture instead of just sitting there matching.
