We spent a few days in the Mallorcan countryside at the most beautifully understated Finca Serena Hotel via Mr and Mrs Smith. We’ll remember having breakfast outside every morning with the best Spanish cut meats, fluffy scrambled eggs, artisanal yogurt, and rosemary bread dipped in limited edition olive oil and sea salt. Spa days taking yoga classes and nights swimming under the stars. The quiet aesthetic that carried itself through all aspects of the property was not to be overpassed. I cannot wait to return, perhaps next time with my husband and family. Adiós por ahora.
