Sunday Champagne Brunch – one last taste of the culinary distinction of the Ritz-Carlton Reserve

I was invited to attend the First Annual Culinary Weekend at Dorado Beach, a Ritz Carlton Reserve, and it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience with Chefs José Andrés, Eric Ripert, Anthony Bourdain, and José Enrique. It was so much fun seeing their true personalities and the incredible chemistry they had together. The weekend was a full itinerary of culinary activities - discussion panels, rum tastings, wine tastings, and of course, delicious food, all in beautiful settings with impeccable service on every corner of the grounds. The highlight of the trip was the Celebrity Chef Dinner held at Mi Casa by José Andrés, which, unfortunately, I do not have any great photos of, but it was extraordinary. We were all dressed to the T as we were presented with a 5-course dinner in which each of the chefs created a signature dish, complemented by the perfect glass of wine. The whole experience seems like a dream now – from the opportunity given to me to take portraitures of these most legendary chefs to taking rain showers both indoors and outdoors in our rooms, listening to the sound of the waves from the balcony. I think it would be an amazing honeymoon or anniversary vacation... cannot wait to return again with the hubs one day. Thank you again to the Ritz Carlton and the team for including me on this occasion.
