My apartment on Foursquare was named Egg Shop for several years now, and how funny is it that an Egg Shop actually opened up in NYC? When I read about the news on Grubstreet, I had to make a visit to check it out. It's as cute as I've imagined it to be, and what's even better is that the owners Sarah Schneider and Demetri Makoulis are the sweetest people ever. We had the Eggs Benedict in a bowl, Pepper Boy Sandwich, and a side of Fried Chicken. They were all super yum, can't wait to try out all the other dishes!
